Autodesk is no longer seeking to acquire PTC Inc., after considering a cash-and-stock deal for the company valued at more than $23 billion. Autodesk, which makes engineering and design software, has been fighting activist investors who say it needs to spur growth. Its shares had dropped more than 10% since Bloomberg reported the deal was under consideration.
